Learn how to clean a pheasant - Field to Table Knowledge Sharing

Want to learn where your food comes from and once you have it, how do you clean it? What a better way to know the source of food than to obtain a local upland bird or water fowl. Linn County, Iowa Pheasants Forever will conduct knowledge sharing on how to clean a pheasant during the 2018 Heroes Hunt hosted by Linn County Pheasants Forever. If you cannot attend in person, no worries, this event will be streaming live on Facebook.
We will conduct two one hour sharing sessions: 10AM and again at 1PM
